PORTLAND, Ore. - Bluestone & Hockley Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce that Bodie Bemrose has joined the Commercial Management Division as Vice President; and Carl Ruggles has joined the Sales and Leasing team as Associate Broker.

Mr. Bemrose is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications. He graduated from the American College of Real Estate, the Norm F. Webb School of Real Estate, and is an Oregon Real Estate Licensee. Mr. Bemrose worked previously with Norris & Stevens, Inc. as a Sales and Leasing Associate. He has five years of commercial property management experience with American Property Management Corporation, and Norris and Stevens, Inc. Mr. Bemrose will oversee the Bluestone & Hockley Commercial Real Estate division.

Mr. Ruggles holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and is a University of Portland graduate in accounting. He has worked as a sales associate in the real estate industry since 1998, and previously as a District Manager for Frigidaire Corporation following ten years in major appliance sales. Mr. Ruggles is a licensed Oregon Real Estate Broker with a proven track record of identifying potential buyers and connecting them with sellers
