Over 30 years ago, Mr. Flink began his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis where he focused on leasing and sales of industrial properties. In addition, for more than 14 years, Flink worked for Northrop Corporation as an international marketing director and served as a pilot in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Flink received a bachelor?s degree in business from University of Texas in El Paso, TX. Currently, he is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) and served as president in 1991. In addition, he has been a member of the Ventura County Economic Development Association and the Council of Business Administration ? Ventura County.
